Custom Website Creation

E2 Home Solutions | January 2025

E2 Home Solutions needed a website to showcase their products and services to homeowners in southeastern Wisconsin. Our team at Digital UXperience held an initial conversation with E2, during which we established the intent of their website and how to structure the content.

As a preliminary step in our design process, we ideated with E2 on the website’s style to align with their branding and intent. We conducted a competitor website benchmark to understand how best to reach their target audience. From here, we began the design process.

Our team started by designing a comprehensive sitemap for E2’s website containing the pages necessary to present their products and brand identity, along with pages targeting specific locations in southeastern Wisconsin.

Along with visual and written content, we implemented features that provide insight into E2’s customers and grow the brand through customer engagement. The website features include a contact form for potential customers to reach the business owner and an automated system to request customer reviews and host them on the website. Additional features included SEO to drive traffic to the website by improving rankings on search engine results pages, making the E2 more discoverable for its target audience.

With the website built and populated by high-level content and automations, we held the final design review with E2 Home Solutions. We received feedback on our work and tweaked the final product in accordance with our client's suggestions. Now that the final changes have been made, E2 received the finished product and elected to host their website with us. By choosing to host with us, E2’s website is regularly maintained by our team.

Power Pool Service | March 2025

Power Pool Service’s website was already built and functioning, but they needed a hosting service to maintain their domain and sustain their business’s online presence.

Power Pool sought out Digital UXperience’s hosting services by contacting us through our online form. As a preliminary, we provided them with details about the different features of our range of hosting packages. Once they had selected the proper hosting package, they were able to access our services with quick and simple one-click hosting, allowing them to get their domain online and accessible to their audience as soon as the same day.

Automations

Konstantakis Law Office | April 2024

Konstantakis Law Office, by nature, requires consistent client interaction and follow-up to acquire new clients. They contacted our team at Digital UXperience via our online contact form, and after establishing the terms of the contract, we began implementing automations that met the business's needs.

To handle the stream of calls from potential and current customers, our team implemented a missed call/text-back automation that registered when the office missed a call and automatically sent a follow-up text to that number. This automation ensures that a missed connection doesn’t jeopardize the acquisition of a potential client and guides the customer to the next stage in the process of getting their case heard.

Another automation we provided was requesting client reviews and automatically posting 5-star reviews on the Konstantakis Law Office website. Client satisfaction and feedback are critical to success in this industry, so sending forms directly to clients is a good way to receive feedback with less effort on the client's end. From these review forms, we added another automation that seeks out 5-star reviews and automatically displays them on Konstantakis Law’s website. Posting 5-star reviews is a great way to build trust with potential clients and add credibility to the business.
